In 1957 Doug Bloodworth was born on a US naval base in the Philippines (his father was in the US stationed there). Bloodworth’s artistic perspective is influenced by a childhood affection for American western classics and the quintessential youth of the American dream. In 1974 Dough earned a degree in Commercial Arts and went on to work in several genres of the art world like doing iconic works on billboards all over the US.
